Who we are
Doctors, nurses and staff of The Toledo Clinic have been supporting patients through the Oncology Patient Assistance Fund for many years. They have contributed from their own pockets, run bake sales and other grass roots fund raising efforts to help their patients. However, the need is greater than ever. They can’t do it alone.
In order to help more patients we created The Toledo Clinic Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization. The Toledo Clinic Foundation is the official gift receiving arm of The Toledo Clinic. 100% of all contributions go to support this program. The Toledo Clinic itself does not benefit.
What We Do
A patient’s treatment can be long and can create a significant emotional and financial hardship for the entire family.
We are here to help our patients with non-medical expenses such as rent, utilities, child care, transportation, etc.
If you are a patient of a Toledo Clinic doctor, you can request assistance using this online form: https://toledoclinicfoundation.org/assistance/
